為了保障您的權益,請務必詳讀本條款,在您註冊成為本公司會員或開始使用本服務時,即視為您已經閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本條款及已確認詳閱並同意個人資料保護告知暨同意事項。
Dear valued member, thank you for joining ZhenYu Hardware (hereinafter referred to as the company). The company will provide convenient services to members in accordance with the following member service terms (hereinafter referred to as the terms). In order to protect your rights, please be sure to read the terms carefully.
When you register as a member of the company or start using the service, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms, and agreed to the personal data protection notice and consent.

一、申請方式 Application method
1.申辦線上一般會員(數位卡):振宇五金官方網站註冊完成後,即可成為一般會員,且無會員效期限制。
1.Apply for online general membership (digital card): After completing the registration on the ZhenYu Hardware official website, you will become a general member without membership validity period.
2.線上一般會員升等:一般會員消費累計無效期限制,消費累計滿NT$3,000元(含)並於本公司官方網站會員專區內填寫完整的會員資料,系統將於翌日0時起自動升等為VIP會員,且無會員效期限制,並同時享有會員紅利兌換等服務。
2. Online general member upgrade: The general members can upgrade the membership by accumulating a total consumption of NT$3,000 (inclusive) without any validity period. Fill in the member information on the official website of the company. The system will automatically upgrade the member to VIP at 0:00 the next day. There is no validity period for VIP membership, and members can enjoy services such as member points redemption.
3. 申辦實體卡會員:憑本公司門市消費發票累計滿NT$3,000元,即可至全台各門市兌換「振宇VIP會員卡」,並於本公司官方網站會員專區內填寫完整的會員資料,系統將於翌日0時起自動升等為VIP會員,且無會員效期限制,並同時享有會員紅利兌換等服務。
3. Apply for a physical card membership: With receipts from any of our stores which accumulate a total of NT$3,000 in spending can redeem a "ZhenYu VIP Membership Card" at any of our stores.
Fill in the membership information on the official website of the company. The system will automatically upgrade the member to VIP at 0:00 the next day. There is no validity period for VIP membership, and members can enjoy services such as member points redemption.
4. 為維護申請人權益,本公司於必要時,得於提供相關服務前驗證身分。請確實填寫完整及正確個人資料,以確保享有會員之相關權益。若因個人因素考量,無法正確填寫生日、地址等必要資料,將可能損失點數兌換及其它會員相關權益,申請人應自行負擔。
4. To protect the rights of applicants, the company may verify your identity before providing relevant services. Please fill in your complete and correct personal information to ensure that you have the relevant rights of membership. If you are unable to fill in the necessary information such as birthday and address due to personal factors, you may lose the right to redeem points and other membership rights. The applicant shall bear the responsibility himself/herself.
5. 本公司保有發卡或停卡與否之權利,且有相關權益調整或異動時,經本公司官方網站公告即生效,恕不另行個別通知會員。
5. The company reserves the right to issue or suspend cards. When there are adjustments or changes to relevant rights, the company will take effect after being announced on official website. The company will not notify members individually.
二、會員分級與購物優惠 Membership tiers and shopping discounts
1.一般會員:消費享有紅利點數累積。General member: Accumulate bonus points by spending
2.VIP會員:除了享有消費紅利點數累積外,消費可享商品95折優惠(已特價、量販價、促銷品除外)並享有點數折抵等VIP會員專享福利。
VIP member: In addition to earning bonus points on spending, the member can
receive a 5% discount on commodity (excluding special offers, wholesale prices, and promotional items), and redeem points for discounts.
三、紅利點數 Bonus points
1.累積:消費結帳前出示數位卡或實體卡條碼,或提供註冊之手機號碼查詢卡號,當日單筆消費滿100元,即累積1點,滿200元,累積2點,以此類推,未滿100元的部分則無法累積。當日消費累積之紅利點數將於翌日0時起由系統撥入會員帳號。
1.Points accumulation: Present the digital or physical card barcode, or provide the registered mobile phone number to query the card number before checkout. Earn 1 point for every NT$100 spent in a single transaction on the same day, and earn 2 points for every NT$200 spent in a single transaction on the same day and so on. Points cannot be earned for transactions less than NT$100. Bonus points accumulated on the same day will be credited to the member account by the system at 0:00 the next day.
2.折抵:紅利點數累積滿2點,即可折抵消費1元,請於結帳前出示數位卡條碼或實體卡以示本人,若未出示卡片恕無法兌換,恕不接受電話號碼查詢卡號或以截圖方式進行兌換。
2.Point redemption: 2 points can be redeemed for NT$1 off your purchase. Please present your digital or physical card barcode before checkout to verify your identity. Redeeming points by phone number inquires for card numbers or screenshot is not accepted.
3.扣回:商品辦理換貨時,將扣回該商品原累積之紅利點數,若點數不足,卡片中的點數紀錄將呈現負數,俟再次消費後系統將自動抵銷該筆交易所累積的點數,直到可以完全抵銷卡片中的負數為止。
3.Point deduction: When returning the commodity, the bonus points originally accumulated for that commodity will be deducted. If the points are insufficient, the point record in the card will show a negative number. After the next purchase, the system will automatically offset the points accumulated for that transaction until the negative number in the card is completely offset.
4.期限:當年度消費所累積之紅利點數,將於次年7月1日清除歸零。例如:2023年度消費所累積之紅利點數將於2024年7月1日清除歸零。
Point expiration: Bonus points accumulated in the current year will be cleared and reset to zero on July 1st of the following year.For example, bonus points accumulated from spending in 2023 will be cleared and reset to zero on July 1st, 2024.
5.消費累積或兌換後,請先確認銷售明細表之紅利點數餘額及抵扣金額無誤後再離開櫃檯,離開後,即不得再累積或折抵紅利點數。
5. After accumulating or redeeming points, please verify the bonus point balance and deduction amount on the sales receipt before leaving the counter.Once leaving the counter, you will not be able to accumulate or redeem bonus points.
6. 紅利點數不得移轉他人、不得用以兌換現金,亦不得將多卡紅利點數合併使用。
6. Bonus points cannot be transferred to others, redeemed for cash, or used in combination with points from multiple cards.
7. 系統故障時,本公司有權停止紅利點數功能,所有資料以本公司現存數據為準。

四、個人資料保護 Protection of personal information
1.本公司基於與「行銷」、「消費者、客戶管理與服務」、「契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務」、「資(通)訊與資料庫管理」、「調查統計與分析」、「其他經營合於營業登記項目或組織章程所定之業務」及電子發票服務等之特定目的合理關聯範圍內,於本公司營業地區與營業期間內,蒐集、處理及利用申請人(即持卡人)於申請表單所載資料與消費紀錄、電子發票明細等個人資料,以郵寄、簡訊或電子方式定期或不定期提供優惠活動訊息,並提供電子發票服務。

2.申請人同意本公司得將申請人持本卡索取之電子發票上傳至財政部電子發票整合服務平台(http://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/),供其於「財稅行政」、「調查、統計與研究分析」、「資(通)訊與資料庫管理」、「其他財政服務」及提供電子發票加值服務等特定目的合理關聯範圍內處理利用。申請人就查詢、捐贈、兌獎及與電子發票有關之資訊,可至整合服務平台查詢。
2. The applicant agrees that the company may upload the electronic invoices that the applicant requests with this card to the Ministry of Finance's Electronic Invoice Integration Platform (http://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/). The Ministry of Finance may use the uploaded information for the following specific purposes within the scope of reasonable relevance: “tax administration”,” investigation, statistics, and research analysis”,” information and communication and database management”, and” other financial services”. Also, providing value-added services for electronic invoices.
The applicant can access the integration platform to query, donate, redeem prizes, and obtain other information related to electronic invoices.
3. 除法律另有規定外,申請人得向本公司請求停止蒐集、處理、利用或刪除其個人資料,惟行使前開權利將影響會員權益,若申請人請求刪除個資,視同同意其會員資格及相關權益自刪除時起失效。
3. Except as otherwise provided by law, the applicant may request the company to stop collecting, processing, using, or deleting the personal data. However, exercising the aforementioned rights will affect the member's rights. If the applicant requests to delete the personal data, it will be considered that the applicant agree to the
termination of the membership and related rights from the time of deletion.
